Frank Leigh Painting and Company, Inc. is a painting company specializing primarily in high-end commercial and residential new construction and restoration.

Founded in 1983 by President and Owner, Frank Leigh, we’ve grown over the past 30 years from a single person enterprise to field operations with many of our area’s finest tradespeople now making up several crews, all supported by our experienced office staff.

With projects ranging in size from $100 to $500,000+, we make quality our focus. Because of this philosophy, it is not surprising to see our signs in front of some of the nicest and oldest homes Downtown Charleston, on the resort islands of Kiawah and Seabrook, Daniel Island, Wild Dunes and almost anywhere in the Lowcountry.

Frank Leigh Painting & Company, Inc. was founded by President and owner Frank Leigh. It has grown from a single person enterprise to a field operation with the area’s finest tradesmen supported by an experienced office staff.

Frank Leigh, President and Owner of Frank Leigh Painting & Co., Inc., founded the company in 1983 and has decades of hands-on experience in residential, commercial and architectural restoration painting. Frank Leigh leads the company with attention to detail and customer satisfaction.

Patrick Hogan, Vice President and estimator, has over 32 years’ experience in project management and estimating commercial, industrial and residential painting. His experience lends a depth of knowledge to Mr. Leigh’s field experience.

Micah Leigh is the son of Frank Leigh and current supervisor. He studied art, however, has decided that he would rather pursue a hands-on career in professional painting. He is providing insight and additional craftsmanship to the next generation of Frank Leigh Painting & Company, Inc.

The office staff consisting of Lu Betti, Desirée Ruiz, and Jessica DellaCalce all provide invaluable experience and support to the day-to-day operations of the company.

Frank Leigh Painting & Company, Inc., has field operations supervisors, many of whom have been with the company for decades, rising through the ranks from apprentice to journeyman painter. This ensures that the quality of work, honesty, attention to detail and customer satisfaction remains preserved.
